"Il Paino" is an old farmhouse, built after the reclamation of the Alento River plain, the property has been renovated in a way that enhances the architecture of the time in a continuous dialogue between past, present and future. Today it is a refined vacation home with minimalist interiors and is located in the locality of Paino di Ascea, enjoying a privileged position being just a few kilometers away from the wonderful sandy beaches of Ascea and Casal Velino Marina and the characteristic Archaeological Park of Elea Velia home of Parmenides. From the house it is possible to easily reach the pretty coastal areas of Pioppi and Acciaroli, symbolic places of the Mediterranean Diet. The detached house, about 90 square meters, is located on the second floor of the original farmhouse and can comfortably accommodate 5 guests. Outside there is the large terrace equipped with dining area, 2 sunbeds and barbecue and enjoys a pleasant view of golden wheat fields. The house, is on one floor and consists of two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a bright living room with a double sofa. The house is equipped with air conditioning, WIFI internet, washing machine, dishwasher barbecue area and solarium on the terrace. Indoor parking is equipped with automatic gate. A car is recommended for traveling around.
