The villa, expertly restored by the owners, has a fabulous swimming pool for exclusive use of 6 x 12 meters and a large garden with a splendid view of the village of Acquavella and the sea. The interiors in characteristic local stone of 200 square meters, comfortably accommodate 4 guests. On the ground floor there is a bright living room which, through two picturesque stone arches, offers a fantastic view of the sea. Also on the ground floor there is a lovely dining room with fully equipped kitchen enriched with handmade tiles and wooden beams. The sleeping area consists of 2 connecting bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub and an emotional shower. The characteristic farmhouse is also equipped with LCD TV, wi-fi internet, automatic gate, barbecue and private parking space. Car necessary for travel and reach places of interest.
