Villa Anna is a comfortable terraced house only 70 meters far from the sandy beach and the Blue Sea Flag of ​​Ascea Marina. The villa boasts a privileged location because is in the heart of Cilento coast, only few minutes far from the most beautiful and exclusive towns such as Acciaroli, Palinuro and Castellabate. The villa is about 120 m2. It has 3 floors and can comfortably host 7 persons. In the house there are 2 bathrooms: one is on the ground floor with a tub while the second is on the first floor with a shower. From the living room you can enter in a large and bright basement room in which there are a second dining room with a table, chairs and a fridge, a living room with a double sofa bed, an hearth and an LCD TV. The outside is spacious and functional and offers two relaxing areas where you can organize fantastic outdoor dining. The house is also equipped by mosquito nets, barbecue, external shower and a fan. There is also the availability of two bikes for guests who want to have a bicycle ride along the beautiful seafront. 300 meters far from the house there is Conad Supermarket and at 400 meters you can reach the center of Marinadi Ascea. Not far from the house you can find beach clubs, restaurants and pizzerias.
