Villa Rosy is a comfortable and typical small villa hidden in a small dead end about 150 meters from the long coastline of grainy sand. Pretty and well furnished, the house is on two levels for a total of about 80.00 square meters including the staircase. The first level is accessed from the main avenue where there is the entrance door. Access to a large living room with sofa bed and armchair, table and six chairs, satellite TV, kitchenette with a modern fitted kitchen complete with fridge with freezer, four-burner stove, electric oven. Also on the entrance floor you enter a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Going up the marble staircase is on the second level. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedrooms are each equipped with a separate wardrobe: one with a double bed and access to a small balcony, and one with two bunk beds and a desk. The exterior is very comfortable as it is located behind a small porch with a dining table with six chairs and a barbecue. At the entrance we have a beautiful 25 sqm covered patio surrounded by greenery with armchairs and a small table. Outside there is an outdoor shower. Villa Rosy is located in Marina di Ascea, near the archaeological area of ​​Elea-Velia. The house is set in a context characterized by greenery, in its vicinity there is a tourist village that entertains its guests with animation from mid-June to the end of September. The beach selected from grainy sand is especially recommended for families with small children, who will find clear and shallow waters. During the summer it is possible to practice different water sports like: sailing, surfing, fishing, underwater fishing, water-scooter etc. The center of Marina di Ascea can be reached on foot (about 1.5 km). Not far away you will already find food shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and discos; all in about 5-10 minutes on foot without having to take your car. Also nearby are the tennis courts, a riding school, soccer fields. Easily reachable, at about 700 meters, is the archaeological area of ​​Elea-Velia, a must for anyone who wants to get to know the homeland of Parmenide.
